Flan - VRChat Avatar (Quest Compatible - Fallback) + Chibi
This is Flan, a shape-shifting, fantastic girl that can create objects out of herself and change appearance! Made entirely from scratch, the base was originally made for NeeshNeesh's 24 hours avatar challenge and improved over time. V2 includes major upgrades for FBT, Quest compatibility, face tracking, and overall polish.
Jiggly by nature! PhysBones are set up on the hair, cat ears, tail, belly, legs, arms, collar, bat, tongue, cheeks, and nose (all while keeping the medium performance rank). There are individual toggles for the PhysBones so you can fine-tune your jiggle.

- 3 Mobile Fallback / Mobile Good (10k tris, one for each outfit)

- Radial puppet to change shininess (one for smoothness and one for clear coat, leaving both at 0% turns off reflections)
- Adjustable Shadow Strength
- Don't like flan? Prefer jelly? There's hue, saturation and value radial puppets to customize the color
*The hue shift is faked in quest to match pc as well as possible. There's a toggle to disable the color change on quest for dark maps, since it uses emissions to get the right color
- SFW Lock: prevents clothes from being removed completely to avoid accidentally going naked in public lobbies

Radial puppets to customize the avatar's proportions, the reset button turns back all the values to their default state

Also includes toggles for Heart Iris and Star Iris which changes the iris's shape to those. They can be added on top of other expressions

Includes "Flan Pet" a jiggly companion that can be pat and squished
→ Mobile Compatibility
Flan now includes several Quest-friendly versions for different performance ranks:
- Mobile Very Poor – Highest PC parity. Includes all features that don't rely on custom shaders
- Mobile Poor – Lower polycount (20k tris), but still includes all toggles, except the SFW Lock (clothes can't be turned off completely)
- Mobile Medium – Similar to Mobile Poor, lower polycount (15k tris) and all toggles except the Cat Gloves
- Fallback Versions – Three included, one per outfit (Short Dress, Long Dress, Sporty) so you can choose the look you like the most!
→ Face Tracking (Experimental)
Versions with face tracking are included (requires VRCFury and Jerry's Templates imported. If you don't care about FT there are no dependencies needed).
Note: This feature is still experimental and was primarily tested with ARKit.
→ Flancita (Chibi):
A Chibi version of Flan in included! It's a separate avatar that's also quest compatible, made from Liam's Base
GoGo Locomotion set up. This is a set of locomotion related features, it's especially useful for desktop and half body users (for example, locking the body in place, a built in play space mover, extra poses, etc)
→ Flan V2 Update
Flan has received a major version 2 upgrade! While the original version is still included for those who prefer it, this new version brings:
- Full Body Tracking support
- Expanded Quest compatibility
- Face Tracking versions (experimental)
- AudioLink integration
- 10 new facial expressions
- Eye picking contacts
- Shadow strength radial and shader adjustments
- Individual toggles for all PhysBones
- PhysBones now also on cheeks and nose
- New blinking system with adjustable speed
- Improved polish (better topology, shape, adjusted normals, weight fixes, and more)
